Management of 5th recurrence of an abdominal wall hernia, including removal of intra-peritoneal and on lay synthetic meshes. Supra-pubic 'obstetric hernia' due to failure to re-approximate rectus muscles (incorrectly labelled a divarication and declined surgery).
